FFB: Rising & Falling WR/TE
Malcolm Floyd: has great size and good quickness to fill some of the void left by Vincent Jackson. Can get open deep and make big plays (YPC high last few years). Been waiting on him to develop into an option but it looks like he’ll be a star if Jackson sits out all year. Right now, Jackson would have to sit out 6 games anyway.
Hakeem Nicks: This guy is a stud; good speed, excellent size, and big play ability. He flashed some of that ability last year and should take a major step forward. It looks like Jacobs is done and Giants will be passing more often this year. Smith remains the #1 and should lead the team in catches but Nicks could hit double figures in TDs.
Mike Wallace: Wallace is another second year player who showed his big play ability last year. Ranked as Football Outsiders #1 prospect for 2010 and rightfully so. Not only should he continue to produce big plays but his role will grow exponentially this season with Santonio Holmes now playing for the Jets.
Jacoby Jones: Jones will finally get his chance this season playing in the slot for the Houston Texans. He has elite speed and with Owen Daniels still not at 100% will have the opportunity to become a weekly fixture in the offense.
Regression: D. Bess, Meachem, Manningham, Santonio, Ocho
Up: Mike Williams (one of most polished rookies I’ve seen) Dez Bryant (BEAST), Jordan Shipley (ppr guy, slot), Dex McCluster (explosive from a number of different positions)
Down: D. Thomas, T. Price
Anthony Armstrong (could blossom as Redskins #2, elite speed and very impressive preseason. Might be the perfect big play guy for Donovan’s arm)
Progression: Keller (play picked up considerably in playoffs, should continue rapport with Sanchez)
Regression: Brent Celek (OL is poor, meaning more blocking)
Sleeper: Watson (Jake needs someone to throw to. Trust increased by fabulous play in preseason)
Rookie: The Gresh [Cin] (guy is a beast)
